4. *Accept one of the quotes and the EPC is then free of charge
5. Once you have accepted a quote a full explanatory welcome pack will be sent to
start the legal process to have your property exchange ready as soon as possible
6. Whatever you choose the EPC can be ready within 24 hours
* You are under no obligation to accept any of the quotes, and if they are of no interest, EAC will
invoice you for the agreed provisional fee.
